What does your diet consist of?
I have currently been incorporating Intermittent Fasting eating only between 12-8p. I allow myself only a 8 hour window of eating it works really good with my busy schedule… usually breaking my fast with fruit & black coffee.. around 3p I’ll have a green smoothie and dinner I’ll normally have a black Bean, spinach & whatever else I have & my fridge Sautée and another smoothie. Of course lots & lots of WATER (Alkaline) from @freshfromearth.us. Staying away from Processed Vegan Food & jollof rice is my biggest challenge!
Be EXTRA cautious and as soon as a negative thought crosses your mind have a little pep talk with your inner self and replace the negative thought with a positive one! HEALTHY MIND = HEALTHY BODY 😘
