I know we are all busy but with the help of the internet multitasking is the way to get it all done. For instance, there is no excuse for not fitting at least 30 minutes of exercise in your day if you can’t get to the gym. Health and Fitness YouTube videos are the way to go if you are on a budget and can’t afford the cost of a expensive gym or personal trainer. Some of the best fitness trainers and healthcare professionals have there exercise videos on YouTube. You can subscribe to their channels to get all the updates and they also provide playlist so you don’t have to stop in the middle of your workout to find the next video.
A few of my favorites are Tiffany Rothe Workouts. Tiffany uses non-traditional moves to get you in shape. Her videos are geared towards women who are tired of the same exercise routines.
The Be Fit Channel has a host of trainers targeting trouble zones with different exercises routines so you won’t get bored. New videos on nutrition and fitness are uploaded everyday.
And finally, Jillian Michaels I find myself yelling at my computer when I workout to Jillian. She’s crazy and intense, but she will get you in shape all in the comfort of your home.
Remember to check with your Doctor before starting any new exercise routine. But everybody can do something everyday to make sure you are living your best life now! Do you workout to YouTuBe? Who are some of your favorite trainers? Let us know.
